Ever fancied learning the art of Silk Painting? Well here is your chance, this summer at Sutton Village Florist!
Ruth Lear (local artist and silk painter) will be guiding you through the process.
You will learn how to design and draw with gutta, before you paint your very own silk flowers, on a silk covered hoop that can be hung in your own home, or given as a special gift.
The designs will be inspired by all the beautiful summer blooms from the garden, as well as some flowers from our very own workroom.
All materials needed will be supplied, as well as tea/coffee and delicious homemade cake from Sutton Village Cafe.
